Founded in 2006, Hebei Sunzo Cookware Technology Co. LTD is a specialized cookware enterprise. Engaged in designing, research and development, produce and sales of cast iron cookware. Currently, there are Liaoning and Shijiazhuang branches under the company group, which are mainly responsible for casting and business matching development.

Our factory have 2 Disa casting lines, 3 Enamel baking lines, 2 Pre-seasoned baking lines, covered 40000 square meters since its establishment in 2006, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of cast iron products.The enamel and Pre-seasoned products are exported to more than 70 countries and regions, such as the United States, Germany and the Australia. In the past few years we sucessfully cooperated with many famous brands such as ALDI, LIDL, Wal-mart, Costco,Tchibo, S.E.B,TJ maxx etc.

One Batch One Inspection System
Each order, QC will conduct targeted tests on the appearance and performance of the product according to industry standards and customer requirements during production. We supply self-inspection report to customer for each order.

Our products support FDA, CA65, LFGB and other food inspection certification. The factory also has SEDEX and BSCI certification. It can meet the different needs of customers in different regions for product quality.

In the R&D of cast iron cookware, Sunzo cookware, with its R&D team of 10 people, advanced 3D printing technology and professional moulding machines. The main products are skillets, pot, casseroles, griddles etc with more than 2000 varieties, and serve clients around the world.

In order to avoid the restrictions and impacts of environmental policies on production especially in winter, we moved our casting DISA line to Liaoning plant,which ensures a stable castings supply in the whole year, maximizing the guarantee of order delivery time.

2006
Enamel baking line established, our factory has a complete assembly line from manual casting of foundry, polishing, shot blasting, enameling, and packaging.
2007
Pre-seasoned baking lion established, satisfying the needs of more customers for different coatings.
2012
Disa foundry machine established, greatly increased production efficiency, expanding factory capacity to 5000pcs/day.
2016
Ministry of Foreign Trade established.
Introduced various advanced testing instruments, such as, to meet the needs of factory one ticket one inspection for internal testing, ensuring product quality and making customers feel more at ease.
2019
Established a branch in Liaoning Province China, mainly responsible for rough processing, which alleviated the environmental pressure of the Hebei factory and ensured the production capacity throughout the year, especially in winter.
2020
Renovation and expansion of workshop capacity, matching factory production capacity, with a storage area of 100000m2, capable of receiving a larger number of orders and customers.
